2A’s inspection process ensures that our customer’s high-pressure flow iron and big bore are free of cracks excessive wear or defects that would render equipment unsafe and unserviceable.

Our inspection crew are certified level 2 inspectors that perform visual mag-particle and hydrostatic pressure testing.

2A’s Rig-up crew has their finger on the pulse of the mono-line equipment. The rig-up crew is trained not only in the rig-up process they also inspect and maintenance each component of the mono-line.

This process is designed to ensure that our Mono-Line is always ready to perform and is rigged up by a crew that knows the equipment.

2A’s Fabrication is centered around its ability to cut parts with its state of the art C&C plasma table. Our ability to cut 2” plate with plasma and up 6” plate with C&C cutting torch allows for a wide range of projects.
